A Quick Update

So, obviously it's been a while since I blogged last!! Christmas has come and gone, New Years too...and here we are almost into Spring- hooray. Lots has happened since the last time I wrote, but nothing of too much excitment. Here are some pictures of our Holiday excitment. The girls were spoiled again this year ;) They are growing up so quick and I am just trying to keep up with them. I am going to try and stay up to date on the blog...

Thankful Heart!!

I am thankful for a lot of things, actually everything in my life...but here are a few that come to mind first...
~ my beautiful baby girls
~ THE most wonderful husband who works so hard for the 4 of us AND for all that he provides!
~ my parents and my in laws
~ HEALTH
~ The Savior and my testimony of Him!!
~ my family- near and far!
~ my friends, many are like family
~ TENNIS- without you I would be CRAZY--ier than I am ;D
~ The Temple and the quiet peace it brings to me for 2 hrs a week (or at least when I can get there)
~ food- and I do love to eat..my expanding waist says so :)
~ shopping- without you I would be DOUBLE CRAZY--ier than I am ;D
There are SO many other things...but these are just a few. I love you ALL and I hope that this Thanksgiving and Holiday Season we can all find TRUE happiness...whatever that may be!

I haven't had a lot (or any) time to post in the past month... so, here are a few pics of what we have been up to... hopefully I will have more time this next month to do more posting... but with the Holidays, that may not happen ...
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. I am SO thankful for the most amazing family and friends. We are SO blessed and I am forever grateful to the Lord for all I have been blessed with!! I hope to enjoy the Holidays without too much chaos and to reflect on what is truly important to me...it seems as if every year I can't wait for it to be over with and this year I just hope to enjoy my kids and family!!

Gardner Village

It's a yearly tradition that my mom and I take the girls out of school and go to Gardner Village (the taking out of school part was an attempt to miss some of the crowds). Let me just say, CHAOS!!!
It was a lot of fun, but there were so many people...it was very entertaining! We enjoyed a yummy lunch, lots of shopping, and of course some witch spotting!! Thanks mom, we had a BLAST with you!!

The terrible TWO'S are in full force at our house!!

Isabella turned two today!! She is such a spit fire!! She received lots of fun presents and she didn't want to share AT ALL!! It was her territory and she wasn't about to let a single person invade her space! It was pretty cute, but I hope that it doesn't stick around too long.
Either I have been in denial or today it clicked in her head...but whatever it is, the terrible two's were extra bad today at our house. It always seems worse when we have 9:00am church :D

Happy 2nd Birthday Isabella

Isabella will be 2 tomorrow, September 13th! It has been the fastest, craziest 2 years of my life. I wish that I could freeze time... Izee Bee is our wild monkey girl! She brings laughter and lots of love into our home...

Labor Day Weekend...

We have been on plenty of getaways this summer. So, for Labor Day we decided to have a stay-cation!
We had a blast and spent lots of time with my family...we went swimming, out to eat, to the movies, golfing, ate at Grandma Deb's, had our annual Chili roast, played games, ate some more yummy food and laughed a whole lot!!



We saw the movie Up. I know we are a little late, but like I said we have been away a lot this summer and movies were not on our agenda :D Anyway, the movie is darling, but Alee is super sensitive-for those who don't know her. She has a very soft heart and she is emotional about people in her life getting old. So, about 2 minutes into the movie she is crying, 5 minutes later sobbing and by the end she is trying to catch her breath... I was almost laughing because she was so upset... I told her we could leave and she didn't want to. She is such a sweetheart; I love her and her sweet spirit. She told me that she doesn't ever want to watch that movie again... I guess her and Grandma Debbie can be bawlers together!
I love you Alee and I love that you can be sensitive...because most of the time you are too tough!
